As an On-Site IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the direct support and maintenance of client systems for a leading technology service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, documenting technical work, and managing the operation of client systems and applications directly at the customer's location. You will provide essential 2nd level support, troubleshooting iOS devices, network environments, and telecommunications components. Required Skills
