Job Summary

This role involves hands-on IT support, focusing on the deployment and management of client systems and printers. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for processing and documenting IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) orders, performing system rollouts, migrations, and rollbacks, as well as the assembly, disassembly, and modification of client systems and printers. Key tasks include basic configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, and printers. The position requires a completed IT vocational training, practical experience with client systems and printers, and good knowledge of Inventox and IMAC services. Candidates should be highly reliable, customer-oriented, and possess a valid Class B driver's license, as assignments at various customer locations, potentially with overnight stays, are part of the job.
