Job Summary

This is a pivotal role based at Eli Lilly’s new high-tech production facility in Alzey, Germany. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will provide critical oversight and guidance for Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance, and Equipment (FUME) to ensure strict adherence to GMP regulations and inspection readiness. Your day-to-day will involve acting as a Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the design and delivery phases of the plant, collaborating with global project teams to integrate quality standards into facility layouts. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving technical documentation, overseeing verification and qualification tests, and managing maintenance quality protocols. This position is uniquely attractive as it offers the chance to be part of a greenfield project from the ground up, helping to build a site that will eventually employ 1,000 specialists and utilize cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
