Job Summary

As a Railway Construction Supervisor for DB InfraGO AG, you will play a critical role in modernizing Germany's infrastructure through complex construction projects involving bridges, tunnels, tracks, and signaling systems. Your daily responsibilities include the self-organized monitoring of construction execution across civil engineering, track construction, or electrical engineering sectors. You will utilize advanced digital tools to document progress in electronic construction diaries, manage construction accounting, and identify defects using specialized software. This role is highly dynamic, requiring you to ensure strict adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards while participating in contract and supplement management. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma). Must hold a valid certification or qualification as a Railway Construction Supervisor (Bauüberwacher Bahn) according to VV BAU or VV BAU-STE standards.

Experience

  • Professional experience in railway infrastructure projects is highly preferred
  • Experience in monitoring construction execution for civil engineering, track construction, or electrical systems
  • Proven track record in managing deadlines, costs, and quality standards in a construction environment
  • Experience in using digital construction management tools and IT solutions
