This role offers a dynamic opportunity to oversee railway infrastructure as a (Junior) District Manager specializing in Control and Safety Technology (LST) for DB InfraGO AG. Based in the Dresden region, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, punctuality, and economic efficiency of rail operations within your assigned district. Day-to-day, you will manage the maintenance of signaling and safety systems, oversee construction measures, and lead a dedicated technical team both functionally and disciplinarily. You will also take on budget responsibility and act as an emergency manager when required. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in operational maintenance is preferred
  • Experience in electronic control technology or control and safety technology (LST)
  • Leadership experience or motivation to take on disciplinary and functional management responsibilities
  • Experience in cost center and personnel requirement planning
  • Background in technical site supervision (Bauüberwachung) for LST is an alternative qualification
