As a Senior Business Engineer for HR IT Data Integrations, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the HR integration platform, ensuring its continuous development in alignment with enterprise architecture. Your daily work involves managing complex, cross-system requirements from initial analysis through to implementation, while coordinating with external IT service providers. You will act as a critical bridge between business departments, demand management, and IT security, preparing management decisions and ensuring that all technical solutions are scalable and future-proof. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to optimize the HR data model and support quality assurance and operations when necessary.
