Job Summary

This role involves coordinating, developing, and implementing a new applicant management platform, integrating it with existing IT systems within the German Federal Office of Personnel Management. The specialist will analyze scientific studies related to military and personnel psychology, contributing to foundational documents and concepts for the Psychological Service. Key responsibilities include supporting the evolution of HR psychology processes, procedures, and IT systems, ensuring their compatibility with personnel management systems. The position requires participation in national and international events for professional exchange and conceptual alignment, as well as involvement in teaching and training for the Psychological Service personnel. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or university diploma in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in relational databases and data warehousing
  • Professional experience in applying Microsoft SQL Server and SQL
  • Professional experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including relevant JavaScript frameworks for IT system development in personnel psychology
  • Professional experience in project work for creating and implementing new psychological test procedures in a computer-based testing system
  • Professional experience with aptitude assessment diagnostic instruments
