Job Summary

This role involves joining the 'Honey/Desserts' department at the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office (CVUA) in Freiburg. You will be responsible for conducting chemical-physical analyses to ensure the marketability of various food groups, including honey, spreads, desserts, pastries, and ice cream. Your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing advanced analytical techniques such as gas chromatography, photometry, and digital microscopy, as well as managing laboratory data within a LIMS system. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to consumer protection and public health within a state-funded institution.
