As an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Berlin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations and infrastructure support for a leading IT service provider. Your primary duties include managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks such as imaging and wiping notebooks, resolving incidents and service requests through a formal ticketing system, and providing technical support for both in-person and remote events using tools like Skype and Webex. You will also be responsible for physical workspace setups and meeting room preparation. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects.
