Job Summary

As the Laboratory Manager for the Cell Therapy Manufacturing Lab, you will oversee the administrative and operational efficiency of a specialized pharmaceutical environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include budget monitoring, invoicing, and coordinating complex processes such as equipment maintenance and facility qualification. You will play a critical role in quality management by preparing for regulatory inspections and supervising cleaning protocols. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA/MTA) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in budget monitoring and financial invoicing within a healthcare or laboratory setting
  • Experience in project management and process coordination
  • Experience in pharmaceutical quality management systems and regulatory inspection preparation
  • Experience in facility maintenance and equipment qualification oversight
  • Experience in staff supervision and training, specifically regarding hygiene and cleaning concepts
