Job Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive new customer acquisition and the strategic development of existing accounts. Your day-to-day involves identifying B2B prospects, conducting professional telephone outreach, and performing hands-on product demonstrations directly on construction sites, in workshops, or at specialist retailers. You will act as a technical consultant, conducting needs analyses and presenting tailored solutions to trade partners and end-users. This role is highly autonomous, allowing you to structure your own sales week and manage your pipeline within a CRM system.
