Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Ismaning, you will be responsible for providing essential onsite support for an international IT services provider focused on managed services for industrial clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve executing specific project orders and handling technical support tickets related to Break/Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Hardware/Equipment. You will be the go-to person for client support, hardware provisioning, and monitoring network environments. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing Windows clients, printers, and telecommunications systems.
