Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician in Offenbach am Main, you will serve as a 'technology lifesaver,' responsible for restoring IT components and providing direct hardware and software support at customer locations. Your daily tasks include setting up and dismantling IT workstations, troubleshooting hardware issues, and performing network tasks such as patching. You will also be responsible for guiding users on software and hardware usage and documenting all activities within a ticket system. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and interacting with users in person. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in onsite IT support and handling ticket systems
- Detailed practical knowledge of current Microsoft Windows and Office environments
- Experience in setting up and configuring IT workstations and peripheral hardware
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel to various customer sites in Frankfurt and Offenbach am Main is required. The position is initially via temporary employment with an option for permanent hire.
