Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician in Berlin, you will serve as a vital on-site technical resource for a nationwide service provider specializing in redundant network environments. Your daily activities will involve professional customer consultation, the installation of hardware such as PCs and notebooks, and performing comprehensive troubleshooting for both hardware and software. You will be responsible for data recovery, handling warranty claims, and supporting large-scale system rollouts. A unique aspect of this role is the focus on 2nd level support for printing and client systems directly at the customer's location.
