Job Summary

As a Quality & Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high standards of analytical instrumentation for a global leader in Field-Flow Fractionation. Your daily responsibilities include conducting final quality inspections of products before delivery, performing on-site installations, and commissioning systems at customer locations. You will act as a primary technical contact, providing remote troubleshooting via video and email, as well as performing maintenance and repairs. A significant part of the role involves training customer personnel on complex analytical systems. This position is ideal for technical professionals with a background in chemistry or chromatography who enjoy a mix of hands-on laboratory work and field service.
