Job Summary

As a Systems, Security & Automation Architect at RobCo, you will serve as the foundational member of a future Center of Excellence for internal tooling and IT architecture. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable, cloud-native system landscape that integrates IT, Finance, HR, and Engineering tools. Your daily activities will range from high-level architectural design and AI-driven process automation to hands-on operational tasks like identity management, network security, and hardware lifecycle management. This role is unique as it combines technical leadership with an entrepreneurial 'ownership' mindset, allowing you to build structures from the ground up in a high-growth robotics scale-up backed by top-tier investors. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure robust security policies while leveraging GenAI tools to optimize internal workflows, making RobCo's internal operations as innovative as their AI-powered robots.
