As an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Frankfurt am Main, you will play a critical role in a long-term infrastructure project for a leading German IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests within an ITSM ticketing system, installing and deploying clients using SCCM, and managing user accounts via Active Directory.
