Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist in the 2nd and 3rd level support tiers, you will join an Application Management Services (AMS) team based in Stuttgart with remote flexibility. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the stability of a complex application landscape, managing incidents and service requests via the Ivanti ticket system, and administering workplace and server infrastructures using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining virtual servers, implementing security patches, and performing release changes. This role is highly technical, involving PowerShell scripting and Active Directory administration.
