Job Summary

This role as a Technical Specialist for Cable Route Management involves crucial administrative and technical oversight within Hamburg's largest energy distribution network. The specialist will manage incoming inquiries from planning offices, authorities, and railway operators, ensuring compliance with planning approval procedures and assessing the impact of external projects on the existing power distribution infrastructure. Key responsibilities include preparing documentation for construction coordination, providing internal statements for development plans, and performing regular on-site visual inspections of cable systems located on bridges, tunnels, and other engineering structures, focusing intently on structural integrity, traffic safety, and durability. The successful candidate must possess a completed technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Metal Construction, or Civil Engineering, coupled with professional knowledge of distribution network structure and the ability to interpret complex construction drawings.
