This role seeks a Project Coordinator to manage and execute complex construction projects within the Digital Infrastructure division of the Stuttgart Public Transport (SSB). Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project execution across the entire service area, ensuring efficient handling of multiple simultaneous large-scale projects, and assisting in the preparation of tenders. A key part of the role involves coordinating planning efforts with external stakeholders, including authorities, architects, and engineering firms. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Computer Science, coupled with experience as an electrical planner in structural engineering. Expertise in relevant regulations (like HOAI) and communications systems (e.g., fire/intrusion alarm systems, remote control, and network technology like CAT/LWL) is essential. Required Skills

Education

Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Computer Science) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects (desirable)
  • Experience with overall plant technology in structural engineering and route planning (desirable)
