This crucial, permanent role involves managing the central IT budget and supporting the city’s digital transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous monitoring, verification, and posting of IT invoices, managing fixed asset accounting (Anlagenbuchhaltung), and overseeing specific budget areas through payment authorizations. The specialist will actively contribute to quality improvement in invoice processing and budget development through controlling committed funds. Ideal candidates must have a vocational qualification in administration or a three-year commercial apprenticeship, coupled with experience in IT invoice processing and strong knowledge of SAP-FI and MS Office applications. This position requires a meticulous, independent, and service-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of public administration finance.
