Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the effectiveness and security of digital logistics within a major clinical environment. As the Platform Service Owner for "Monitoring & Location," you will be the central point of contact for all innovative location and monitoring use cases, such as bed location and medication tracking. Your primary mission involves the strategic development and continuous service management of the platform, ensuring high availability, managing external service providers, and coordinating complex technical projects across clinical and IT departments. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the Single Point of Contact for clinical stakeholders, driving the implementation of new value-adding use cases (e.g., logistics automation), and performing 3rd-level support escalation. Success in this position requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and proven experience in IT service delivery within a complex enterprise setting, ideally in the healthcare sector.
