A key focus is building and differentiating the Healthcare Research working group in the area of new educational formats, particularly concerning digital transformation in healthcare. The position requires generating scientific publications, actively acquiring third-party funding, and engaging in continuous professional development. Ideal candidates must possess a scientific university degree in life sciences, strong project management skills, experience with qualitative research methods, and demonstrated ability in autonomous scientific work and publishing.
