Job Summary

This fixed-term role (until 2028) within the Ministry of Economy, Infrastructure, Tourism, and Labor involves driving the digitalization of state planning statements. The specialist will conduct comprehensive process analysis, inventory existing procedures, and identify legal and technical constraints under the Spatial Planning Act. Key responsibilities include creating detailed requirements catalogs, performing market research for technology selection (including E-File systems and OZG solutions), and managing subsequent procurement processes. A crucial element is organizing and conducting training for users across various planning authorities (highest and lowest state planning authorities). Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field like Informatics, IT Management, or Geography, and possess strong analytical skills.
