Job Summary

This role is for a Production Shift Leader specializing in Parenteral manufacturing at Lilly's new high-tech production facility in Alzey, Germany, set to expand operations for injectable medicines. Initially, the focus will be on supporting start-up activities, including formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection, where the leader will become a subject matter expert and train the team on equipment operation. Post-project phase, the leader ensures continuous availability of medicines by expertly managing processes, resolving disturbances, and coordinating daily activities to meet capacity plans, all while upholding strict 'Safety first / Quality always' standards. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's/Master's/Technician degree or equivalent, significant experience in sterile filling production, and proven leadership skills, coupled with strong German and basic English proficiency.
