Job Summary

This role is for an experienced (Senior) Modern Workplace Consultant tasked with leading technical sub-projects in complex IT environments and strategically guiding clients in developing their Windows Client platforms. Key responsibilities include managing, optimizing, and evolving Windows Client environments using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), and developing modern Windows 11 environments while ensuring compliance and security standards are met. The consultant will analyze end-user experience and system performance using tools like Nexthink to derive targeted optimization measures, troubleshoot complex system failures, and drive automation solutions using scripting and potentially AI. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training, extensive practical experience with Microsoft Endpoint technologies, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 platforms, coupled with fluent German and good English skills.
