Job Summary

This senior role involves the overall leadership and management of complex SAP R/3 to S/4HANA transformation projects, including implementations leveraging SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and controlling project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risk management across various implementation approaches (Greenfield, Bluefield, Brownfield). A core function is leading and guiding interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers, ensuring successful execution through Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases. You will also act as a consultant, advising management and business departments on transformation strategies, roadmaps, and SAP best practices. This position requires deep expertise in SAP project methodologies like SAP Activate, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in both German and English.
