This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on the planning, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software directly at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, replacing, commissioning, and decommissioning end devices such as PCs, printers, and notebooks, along with client imaging/deployment. The technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical faults, processing user requests, and providing instruction and consultation to users on new hardware and software. Key requirements include a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of standard client operating systems and hardware components, and initial experience with Linux client environments. Experience
