Join a pioneering Operations Team at a new high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Alzey, Germany, set to expand the production of injectable medicines. As a Parenteral Production Operator, you will be responsible for the continuous supply of life-changing medicines by professionally operating complex machinery, equipment, and computer systems according to strict procedures (SOPs). Daily tasks involve troubleshooting operational issues, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective shift handovers, and maintaining rigorous adherence to safety and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs). This role requires relevant professional experience in the pharma/biotech industry, familiarity with aseptic filling and isolator technology, and leadership capability to train new colleagues, all while upholding Lilly’s core values of Excellence, Integrity, and Respect for People.
