Job Summary

This role involves driving digital transformation within one of Germany's largest educational and social enterprises by focusing on the development and implementation of innovative, low-barrier digital solutions. The primary responsibility is leading the technical execution and Go-Live of a modular, AI-supported assistant designed for socio-pedagogical, consulting, and support services. The specialist will act as the key technical contact for external service providers, manage development cycles, and continuously optimize and automate IT processes while rigorously tracking project progress. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or IT and professional experience in digital solutions, preferably within the social economy. Desirable qualifications include experience in App development and AI implementation, alongside strong proficiency in project management tools like Jira/Trello and communication platforms like MS Teams.
