Job Summary
As a Technical Instructor at CJD, one of Germany's largest educational and social enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional futures of individuals across the metal, wood, and electrical sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing and conducting practical training sessions, monitoring participant progress, and ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety and hygiene standards. You will act as a mentor, motivating and guiding participants through individual aptitude assessments and interdisciplinary development planning. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work within a professional team to acquire and supervise corporate internships. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a metal, wood, or electrical trade; Instructor Aptitude Certification (AEVO) is required.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a metal, wood, or electrical trade
- Professional experience in vocational training and further education is preferred
- Experience in supervising and motivating diverse groups of learners
- Proven experience in maintaining workplace safety and hygiene standards
Languages
Additional
- Membership in a Christian church belonging to the Working Group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany is desirable but not mandatory. This is a fixed-term contract position.
