Job Summary
This role involves supporting and mentoring apprentices in Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics, ensuring they successfully complete their vocational training. The core responsibilities include providing individualized and small-group instruction, preparing and reviewing vocational school material, and specifically focusing on complex content comprehension and exam preparation (mid-term and final exams). Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering (Master, Technician, or relevant degree) combined with strong pedagogical sensitivity and methodological-didactic skills. This position offers the opportunity to shape learning processes, create understandable learning materials, and work within an interdisciplinary team, providing structure and technical certainty to young learners within one of Germany's largest educational and social organizations.

- Membership in a Christian church belonging to the Association of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany is desirable; Fixed-term contract.
