Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in Augsburg. The core focus of the position involves delivering comprehensive IT services for a major corporate client, including performing hardware rollouts and managing Workplace Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing essential onsite support for approximately 3000 Windows clients, managing inventory and processing goods shipment, and assisting with hardware issues at the dedicated Service Point. Key qualifications include a background in IT or comparable qualification, detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and experience with network environments (Layer 1-3).
