Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Administrator to join an established company in Zeitz, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent hire. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the company's digitalization efforts, focusing on maintaining and evolving IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial onsite user support for hardware and software issues, managing the ticketing system, analyzing and resolving IT disturbances, and administering user accounts and access rights. You will also participate in implementing changes to networks, servers, and firewalls, and execute hardware replacements, upgrades, and rollouts. Key qualifications include a completed IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and professional experience in IT support, particularly within a production or onsite environment. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, common IT hardware, and network technologies is required, along with fluent German and good English skills.
