Job Summary

This role is a central function in steering salary accounting, combining both leadership and hands-on operational duties. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of an eight-person team while actively participating in payroll processing. Key duties include independently handling complex accounting cases, ensuring legally compliant and timely salary payments for approximately 5,100 employees, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial qualification or equivalent, deep expertise in payroll accounting, and excellent knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law. Experience with common accounting systems, particularly P&I LOGA, is highly beneficial.
