Job Summary

As a Payroll Team Lead, you will take on a central role in managing payroll operations while providing both disciplinary and functional leadership to a team of eight employees. You will be responsible for ensuring the legally compliant and timely payroll processing for approximately 5,100 employees. Your day-to-day involves active participation in processing payroll cases, optimizing and harmonizing internal processes, and collaborating closely with related HR departments such as Time Management and Personnel Support.
