Job Summary

As the Team Lead Payroll, you will oversee the disciplinary and functional leadership of an eight-person team while remaining active in operational payroll processing. You will be responsible for ensuring the legally compliant and timely payroll accounting for approximately 5,100 employees. Your daily tasks include handling complex accounting cases, optimizing and harmonizing payroll processes, and collaborating closely with adjacent HR departments such as Time Management and Personnel Support. This role is ideal for a professional who combines deep technical expertise in German labor and tax law with a cooperative leadership style.
