This critical role involves ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for guests and staff through innovative IT systems that provide orientation, information, and security across the airport premises. You will drive the digital future of the landside infrastructure, managing the entire lifecycle of existing solutions—from conception and implementation to operation and continuous development. Key responsibilities include Service Delivery Management for IT topics like information kiosks, automated routing, and Smart Lining expansion. Success requires coordinating internal and external partners, steering service providers, and managing Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or Applied Informatics, relevant experience operating business-critical applications on Linux and Windows servers, and excellent communication skills, coupled with fluency in both German and English.
