Job Summary
This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) System, focusing on the Xurrent platform. The specialist will define the strategy and roadmap for the system, continuously developing the platform by managing new requirements, prioritization, and backlog management. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a company-wide governance model, defining roles, responsibilities, and processes, and managing a central service catalog with clear descriptions and SLAs. The position requires ensuring service quality through reviews and KPIs, supporting change and transformation projects, and building interfaces to adjacent systems like i-doit, Empirum, Intune, Azure AD, and SAP. Candidates must possess multi-year experience in IT Service Management, ITIL-based processes, and practical experience with modern ESM/ITSM platforms and ticketing systems.
