Job Summary

This senior role places you within the Financial Services Practice Group of the Customer Information Security Advisor (CISA) team at SAP, focusing on building and maintaining customer trust across the EMEA/MEE regions. Day-to-day, you will communicate SAP’s security and compliance approach, participate in contract discussions, and act as the Center of Excellence for the Customer Success organization. A critical component of the role involves identifying and assessing financial services regulatory requirements (like EU DORA), advising on implementation measures, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to integrate security and compliance into SAP solutions and processes. You will also support regional security and compliance governance efforts, including reporting on customer commitments and KPIs.
