Job Summary

As a Cyber Defense Expert within the Delos Cloud Security Operations Center (SOC), you will play a critical role in protecting Germany's sovereign Azure Cloud platform. Your daily responsibilities involve monitoring the platform for sophisticated threats, performing triage on security alerts, and coordinating incident response efforts against advanced persistent threats (APTs). Beyond active defense, you will optimize detection logic, refine response plans, and contribute to the overall resilience of the SOC. Depending on your specialization, you may also engage in deep-dive forensic investigations, malware analysis, and proactive threat hunting. This role is unique as it sits at the intersection of a startup environment backed by SAP and the vital mission of securing the digital transformation of the German public sector.
