Job Summary

As an AI Reliability Product Manager at SAP, you will lead the evaluation and performance measurement of next-generation autonomous agent solutions within the Service Management Processes and Solutions (SMPS) department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing evaluation datasets, optimizing prompting strategies alongside reliability engineers, and defining the full product lifecycle for generative AI solutions. You will act as a bridge between engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure AI products are scalable, responsible, and aligned with corporate strategy. This role is unique for its focus on 'Agentic AI' and the use of frameworks like MLFlow to measure reliability in an enterprise SaaS environment. You will be responsible for evangelizing the AI vision, developing business cases, and driving the adoption of innovative AI-infused internal and external service management platforms.

Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Engineering, Information Technology, AI, Product Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven professional experience in product management focusing on AI, ML, data, or technical products
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or autonomous multi-agent systems
  • Demonstrated experience in project management including roadmap definition and analytical thinking
  • Experience setting up and using MLFlow within Databricks as an evaluation framework
  • Experience defining KPIs and iterating products based on user feedback and compliance requirements
