Job Summary

The MKW, a modern circular economy service provider in Germany, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and further develop their facility locations. This role is crucial for managing the company's infrastructure growth, which includes active projects in biogas and photovoltaic systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve creating planning concepts for maintenance and new construction, managing cost and schedule adherence, preparing tender documents for construction services, and enforcing the company's interests against contractors. The ideal candidate holds a university degree (Master or equivalent) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Technical Building Equipment, coupled with experience leading construction projects and strong knowledge of German construction contract regulations (VOB). This position offers a pathway to build and lead a team and requires excellent IT skills, strong analytical thinking, and effective persuasion and assertiveness.
