Job Summary
This role is for an experienced 2nd Level Onsite IT Support Specialist to join a long-term infrastructure project in Bonn, working for a leading IT service provider focused on digital transformation for large enterprises and public clients across Germany. The specialist will be responsible for providing 2nd Level Client Support, both remote and onsite, including break/fix for end devices, and executing client rollouts and setups (Windows clients, notebooks, desktops, and monitors). Day-to-day tasks involve supporting users with standard applications and general IT inquiries, handling 1st Level support for basic network issues, and meticulous documentation within the ticketing system while contributing to ongoing IT projects. The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 11 and MS Office 2024, basic Linux knowledge, and a service-oriented, communicative, and self-reliant approach.
