Job Summary

This role involves supporting a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider, focusing on the planning, implementation, and maintenance of client environments within complex network infrastructures. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for end-to-end client management, including ticket processing in the ITSM system, staging, configuration, and deployment/retrieval of client devices. Key daily tasks include installing and provisioning Windows systems (10/11) using SCCM according to standard specifications, managing user and device entries in Active Directory, and performing the setup, dismantling, and proper cabling of workstation equipment. Candidates should possess an IT qualification or at least one year of practical IT experience, strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365, and proven experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
