Job Summary
This crucial Junior IT Support and Administrator role serves as the primary point of contact for First-Level Support, assisting trainees, teachers, and employees with daily IT system usage. Day-to-day tasks involve managing user accounts and permissions, specifically administering Surface tablets utilized by trainees. A key responsibility is providing hands-on support for the introduction of new training and further education systems, as well as actively contributing to the conceptual design and implementation of the organization's new IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong service and customer orientation, coupled with practical experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside foundational knowledge in server and database administration.
