Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician to join a long-term infrastructure project supporting a leading German IT service provider. Based primarily in Wolfsburg, you will actively contribute to the planning, implementation, and development of complex customer network environments, with occasional travel to regional sites like Braunschweig and Hannover. Daily responsibilities are highly hands-on, including managing server and hardware lifecycles (installation, removal, transport, basic ILO configuration), maintaining inventory, and providing essential 'Smart Hands' incident support for hardware swaps and repairs. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT Specialist qualification or equivalent, possesses at least one year of professional experience, ideally within a data center setting, and is proficient in German (C2/Native level). This position offers a permanent contract, technically challenging tasks, and significant development potential within a modern, enterprise-level digital infrastructure.
