Job Summary

This role involves supporting the critical Digital Radio Communications (BOS) network used by all security organizations in Bavaria. The successful candidate will be based in Königsbrunn and play a key role in ensuring the functionality and security of digital radio services for approximately 500,000 emergency personnel. Daily tasks include preparing, testing, piloting, and rolling out end device releases (pagers and radios), administering software tools used for device updates, and providing essential 2nd level support through detailed error analysis and user assistance. You will function as a vital interface between internal projects, IT partners, and 3rd-level support (device manufacturers). Key qualifications require either a Bachelor's degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering, or a technical vocational qualification (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Specialist) combined with extensive professional experience.
