Job Summary

This role involves serving as an FMEA Moderator for a mid-sized energy technology company near Nuremberg, focusing on ensuring process stability and risk minimization. The moderator will independently plan, organize, and conduct practical Process FMEA workshops, guiding interdisciplinary teams through the FMEA process according to current standards like AIAG/VDA and IATF 16949. Day-to-day tasks include identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential risks, deriving and implementing sustainable improvement measures, and ensuring audit-compliant documentation of all results. This position also offers the possibility of taking on supplementary roles such as ESD coordination or project management. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, along with several years of professional experience in the automotive or a comparable industry, ideally with FMEA expertise. Strong moderation and communication skills are essential for success in this challenging and team-oriented environment.
