The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, experience in Enterprise Architecture Management, and several years of experience in IT Change Management and ITIL. Strong communication, teamwork, and independent work skills are essential, along with very good German and proficient English language skills.
